Since 2012 I have stood at the pre-opening, launch and operational core of leading hospitality businesses, in the Netherlands and abroad: Izakaya (The Entourage Group), NENI Amsterdam, Fosbury & Sons and Nela. Since founding RJS Hospitality, I have been the opening partner behind Bisous, char.d and Chez Chloé. Every opening taught me the same thing: consistency doesn't happen by chance. It is built into the plan, the systems and the team.
